At Primavera Leather Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from our website within 10 days of delivery. Please read our special notes below prior to initiating a return.

Please Note:

• Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns must include original inner gift box packaging.
• All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain your RMA number, please email customerservice@primaveraleatherco.com or call (888) 644-4337
• RMA barcode label must be applied to the outside of the shipping box. Please make sure barcode is VISIBLE and not covered by other labels or shipping tape.
• CONTINENTAL USA: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Primavera Leather Co. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• If your purchase was made on Amazon or eBAY, you must log in to your account to initiate the return.
• If your purchase was a corporate sample, you must contact customerservice@primaveraleatherco.com to initiate the return.

All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping is free to the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states) except for Hawaii and Alaska. Orders from Hawaii and Alaska may be required to call or email their orders to receive the lowest shipping rates available to them. If orders are made online from those states, someone from our sales processing department will phone you to quote your shipping charges (discounts will be applied) and to process your shipping charges separately.

Items returned from not being claimed upon delivery will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a 25% re-stocking fee.
